A search for early-stage products and innovation from women innovators
Her Campus Labs and P&G Ventures teamed up to find the next generation of women innovators with big ideas they wanted to bring to life. After the search ended in May 2022, we identified top nominees and awarded them the opportunity to pitch and workshop their ideas directly with P&G Ventures executives. Plus, anyone who sent in a winning nomination received a $500 grant to put towards their education!
P&G Ventures is the entrepreneurial arm of Procter & Gamble (the company behind Tampax, Aussie, Tide, Native, and more!) that partners with scientists, entrepreneurs, and other innovators to accelerate ideas that improve consumers’ lives. When innovators team up with P&G Ventures, they are backed by a partner with 180 years of billion-dollar brand-building expertise.

Ani Collum Co-Founder & CMO of Cuboid
Cuboid is a product innovation company, pioneering the development of functional plant-based powders for everyday wellness within the health and beauty space, specifically focused on addressing consumer need-states such as cognition, immune regulation, hair, skin and nail health, and sleep. Cuboid is dedicated to fine-tuning power ingredients found throughout the plant and fungi kingdoms, using technology to optimize these ingredients to make them maximally bioavailable, aromatic, and water-soluble.
Thai-Anh Hoang Co-Founder & CEO of EmBeba
Founded in 2021 by mothers Thai-Anh Hoang and My Le, EmBeba is an innovation-driven natural family skincare brand, modernizing generations-old remedies from all across the globe and bringing them to today's families in never-before-seen application systems. EmBeba prioritizes natural ingredients without fillers, rigorous testing for safety and creating real solutions to real problems in a way that makes skincare fun, approachable and easy.
Camille A Martin, PhD Co-Founder & CEO of Seaspire Skincare
Seaspire Skincare is a technology-based beauty company that develops innovative products using ingredients inspired by nature to make the world healthier, safer, and more sustainable. Our goal is to expand the availability of the novel ingredients that can be used to mitigate skin damage caused by environmental pollutants. To accomplish this, we use Xanthochrome™, a multifunctional natural material inspired by chromophores found in cephalopods.
